Can’t complain about a win like this, but 15 strikeouts? Do the Mets teach contact?
They did in 2019 in Brooklyn...it was a key part of the offensive strategy - especially shortening the swing with two strikes. They still struck out a lot but it was preached by Delwyn who is no longer with the organization. When I find the article again that talked about this, I will post.
