    What the hell is going on in Binghamton?
    After not playing any games for weeks, 13 new players have just hit the IL...all COVID?
    This doesn't include their best players Baty, Vientos and Cortes
    but they are not playing...Vientos is no longer even listed on their roster.
    All the pitchers last night were borrowed from other affiliates.

    Nickel - they had a massive COVID outbreak on their team. Many of them pitchers. They are all on the 7 day IL right now - sl;ated to come off next week for the last week of the season.

    All good questions. My contacts in Binghamton do not divulge injury information. Hopefully we will see them soon. Baty and Cortes not in Binghamton lineup again today.

    Yes Vientos in Syracuse but has not played yet - I reached out yesterday about why he has not played yet and did not receive an answer. Most Mets officials are very hesitant to divulge injury information.

    Season goes until Oct 3, I believe, so one would think we'll be seeing Vientos and Cortes there soon.
