Zach Lutz played 1B again… guess he’s the guy now… his throwing error (6th for the season) in the 4th started things going in the wrong direction.
Lucy was down 9-2, but scored three in the 4th, on Brahiam Maldonado’s 2-run homer (7th), and a Jake Eigsti ground out that scored Richard Pena.
Remember I told you earlier on the blog that Emary Frederick wouldn’t be sent back to Lucy? Well, he pitched the last two innings. DOH.
