*The Mets have signed former Bisons 1B/C Chris Coste to a 1-year deal.

Coste played 230 games with Buffalo from 2000-2002. His .307 average with the team is the 3rd-highest average in the Bisons Modern Era (500AB min).

Coste hit 50 doubles, 19 home runs and 125RBI in his 3 seasons with the Herd.

He was the Bisons Stan Barron Most Valuable Player during the 2002 season (124G, .318, 32 2B, 8HR, 67RBI)
