Before I start I would like to Thank Mack for this opportunity to be part of his blog.
I look forward to working with him in the future years to come, Mack I won't let u down.
Now on Ryan Church, I had a chance to discuss with Ryan about his departure from The Met's.
It was very clear that Met manager Jerry Manual and Ryan were not on the same planet. Therefore Ryan was sent packing off to the Atlanta Braves where he was well received.
Since his arrival to The Atlanta Braves he played in the outfield and enjoyed his playing time learning more about himself and Manager Bobby Cox's way of running a professional team.
Now Ryan prepares by training close to home with The Washington Nationals since his team The Pittsburgh Pirates begin at a later date. His short stay with the Braves taught him many things besides playing baseball, His intentions are to help a team not just by playing but also teaching young players the ways of the game.
Ryan we miss you in the outfield at Citifield not just for your talent , but also for the way you carried yourself as a professional. Best of Luck to you in Pittsburgh this coming year.
Pete , Sounds like you have your finger on the pulse, good reading
ReplyDeleteThat was interesting, Thanks for posting. This' more evidence that the Mets need to be more professional.
