7-26 from: - http://perfectgame.atinfopop.com/4/OpenTopic?q=Y&a=tpc&s=114295945&f=6174069131&m=3221081702&p=4 - Here are some names of draft eligibles for 2011 who have not been mentioned much and are definitely on the radar for 2011 MLB scouting depts. – Shortstops - Francisco Lindor, Monteverde HS, Fla, 5'10 175, R/R, I haven't talked much about him but on paper he's one of the pure SS in HS ranks, makes contact and is out there everyday, I just feel college might be better for him for 3 years but he wants pro ball and will need time and patience in a system.

8-19-10 from: - http://www.perfectgame.org/Articles/View.aspx?article=4935 - Lindor looks as though he was born to play the sport, bringing grace, ease and enthusiasm to the game that makes him a pleasure to watch. He has a lean, smaller frame, but there is room to add some strength and more power to his swing. And while he did win the home run derby, I’m sure he would be the first to admit that he’s not a power hitter. He is a switch hitter though, and is short to the ball with gap-to-gap power. He drove a high fastball the opposite way to deep left field for a triple off of Ricky Jacquez in the fourth inning. He’s sound defensively and made a very good play in the first inning, ranging quickly to his right before throwing a strike to first base to throw out Travis Harrison.

8-17-10 from: - http://mlb.fanhouse.com/2010/08/17/which-2011-mlb-draft-prospects-impressed-as-aflac-all-americans - Francisco Lindor, SS: The switch hitting Lindor is a very different player from each side of the plate. As a lefty, he has a more slashing line-drive swing. From the right side, he has much more lift and raw power. He doesn't look the part given his small frame but Lindor has legitimate average to slightly above-average power from the right side. He also continues to show off outstanding tools at shortstop, and is a very exuberant presence on the field.
