Sonny Gray:



8-31-10 from: - http://www.prospectwire.com/pw/article.php?id=142 - Travis Harrison - OF, 6'2" 225, R/R, Tustin HS (CA) - If Harrison does not hit as a professional player, most scouts will be quite surprised. He has shown his ability with the bat since his freshman year and even when he isn't going all that well, which he wasn't in Long Beach, Harrison is still a productive hitter. He is an RBI man with plus raw power and though he might only be an average hitter at best, his hits are not soft. In many ways he reminds me of Carlos Quentin of the White Sox.


Skylar Janisse:

Janisse is a Canadian righthander with an ideal pitcher's frame. He shows advanced command of his three-pitch mix, which includes an upper-80s fastball with movement, a sharp-breaking curveball and a changeup with good arm speed and late sink. His arm and delivery are both clean, making him a polished young pitcher with a high ceiling.


Tyler Beede:

He has a prototypical pitchers's body and loose easy arm action, though there is some swing behind his body that creates some inconsistency in his release point (directly affecting his slider, which at best is fair). Beede was 88-93 mph, groundball type sink and also has an above average change-up. He compares favorably with Rick Porcello, in my opinion.


Kevin Kramer:

Kevin Kramer - INF, 6'0" 183, L/R, Turlock HS (CA) - Competitive ballplayer with feel to hit and strength to drive the ball from gap to gap, mostly an opposite field hitter at this point, but with authority, played quite well at 2nd base, turned it well, strong arm.


Dylan Bundy:

Will have to watch pitch counts with him as he develops. Also Arkansas commitment verbally.
