Toss It Around  named SS Phil Evans as the 11th top prospect in the upcoming draft.

This the best ranking for Evans in the mock draft world; however , he has had considerable coverage from Sully (24th), Draft Site (17th), 5-Tool (27th), and PG (31st).

I’ve got Evans currently as the 3rd top shortstop, behind Christian Lopes and Jason Esposito. Plus glove… gap hitter… only average runner… hits to all fields… quick release… soft hands… .489 average as a junior… vernally commited to San Diego State.
