Mets Analysis – Outfield

Mets Analysis – Outfield:

I’m going to limit this to outfielders that either have a chance of getting to Queens someday, or someone projected to rise to the top someday. I’m also just going to break out players through the Brooklyn team. They are the only ones that have a chance of starting next year for one of the four full season teams.

There’s a lot of good here, but very little great.

I’ve got the Queens squad in 2012 as Duda, Bay, Pagan (because there is n one else), Evans, Satin (also infield utility) and Martinez.

Nieuwenhuis should be be there, but surgery blew that. He’ll play Buffalo, along with Lagares, Reyes, and Maldonado.

Den Dekker will open at Binghamton but will move fast if he gets off to a good start. Joining him will be Zapata and Puello.

Vaughn is going to have to repeat St. Lucie to prove he should move on. His buddy Cecilliani, Harris, and Bonfe will also play there.

Gomez inpressed with St. Lucie, but he really only played there because the GCL team shared the same facility. He’ll play Savannah with Lawley, Taijeron and Thurber.

Pugh goes back to Brooklyn and J-Rod looks to be the odd man out.
