We’re
going to go under the assumption that GSU junior OF Victor
Roache’s season is over. There’s always is a change he can make it back,
but the least that will happen here is many teams will pass on what looked like
a guaranteed top ten pick. What will the Mets do at #12? Well, this is not the
kind of injury that is going to cost Victor any of his skills and you would
hope that the powers to be in Queens would recognize that they aren’t going to
get too many chances to sign a bat like this one. We’re first going to have to wait for the
results from the operation and then the healing process.

LSU
seems to have some big offensive problems. They lost two out of three games to
Appalachian State and scoring only one run in the last 20 innings. The Tigers are now 5-2, but don’t be
surprised if you see a lineup shuffle before next weekend

If Roache slides to #12 because of this, the Mets should take him.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree.
ReplyDeleteThis is not a structural injury that would alter his game at all.
