Mack - the Mets will go with a 6 man rotation on all but Las Vegas.
ReplyDeleteI would add McHugh and Laffey in Las Vegas
Syndergaard, Fulmer and Tapia from last year's A- teams should be promoted. Mateo and Robles will most likely skip Savannah because of age so that will leave 1 spot open in St.Lucie. Pantatiodis as a lefty from Savannah will be #6?
No room in St Lucie for Verrett, Pill, DeGrom and Montero so they kind of need to go to Bionghamton. With Mazzoni already there 1 spot left for ?? My money will be on Huchingson (although he was used as s reliever in the Arizona fall league)
Savannah will have the 4 pitchers left from Brooklyn, Lara, Ynoa, Cessa and Hilario. Matz would be an option but his history will not allow him to pitch 100 innings. Matz will be the first in line to take a spot when somebody gets promoted to St Lucie. Because of age I guess that will be Lara. John Gant and Miller Diaz perhaps?
There will be many 6-man rotations throughout the organization.
ReplyDeleteWhat I'm doing here is adding two names a day and having some fun.
Most of all of your suggestions are the same as what I am predicting. This will be done in early March.
Please keep suggesting and commenting.
Until Matz gets through an entire short season without needing to be shut down I can't see the Mets assigning him to a full season league.
ReplyDeleteI have him slotted to start in Brooklyn.
I honestly have no idea where to slot Matz - I'm going to text him later and see what he says
ReplyDeleteBTW - I noticed that Adam Rubin has Synder going to the B-Mets
