I think you can definately swap DeGrom and Stbdergaard. I don't think they'll rush the young Syndergaard and DeGrom ain't getting any younger. I think they'll want Fulmer and Syndergaard pushing each other up the ladder along with Mateo and Tapia.
ReplyDeleteI kind of think Mazzoni is going to Vegas.
I think Cohoon and Schwinden will probably be cut loose at some point.
I don't know where Robles is going. Probably St. Lucy to start off. Montero I definately see in Bingo.
I'm hoping Matz gets to anchor, health permitting, the Savanah rotation. If he stays healthy all year and pitches at least 80-100 innings, I think the Mets might have a top 50 MLB prospect that we all weren't counting on. 95 mph+ from a left handed starter will easily skyrocket his status.
Health health health.... That's what's most important. A lot of these pitchers just need to stay healthy and the rest will take care of itself.
I have Syndeergaard in Binghamton because that's where the Mets say he's going.
ReplyDeleteI'm never right about this but it's a nice game to play.
We'll know in a few weeks.
I didn't know the Mets said that...
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a fun guessing game.
I hadn't heard anything about Synders starting in Bingo. I've been figuring him for St. Lucie all along. And if he is in Lucie, I figure Robles in Savannah. Go Gnats!
ReplyDeleteWith the overstock in Vegas, we might see Germen repeating Bingo to start the season, especially with Goedel heading to the DL.
I'm thinking Matz goes to the Cyclones for starters. Takes some of the stress of full season ball off him, and they love to put their hot prospects on display in Brooklyn.
What an array of hot young kids, though. I'm so excited, I just can't hide it!
Yeah, the Synder/B-Mets reference was in two articles written by beat guys under the mets.com system...
ReplyDeletelook, I don't know, we'll see..
I just wanted to list all the candidates
The only reason I put Matz there was he was in STEP camp
