FLASH: Dominic Smith Signs Underslot

According to Jim Callis via twitter, first round pick 1B/OF Dominic Smith has signed with the Mets for a $2.6MM signing bonus. The slot recommendation for this spot was $2.8MM which makes this an underslot signing saving $200k for other draft picks.
