Binghamton (72-43) takes a pair from Altoona (53-61) .

Jon Neise, in what is likely his final rehab start, pitches 5 solid innings: 2 R, 4 H, 3 BB, 6 K.
Adam Kolarek finishes it up with 2.0 scoreless innings: 2 H, 0 BB, 4 K.

Cory Vaughn, in his 1st game back from the DL makes a smashing return: 2-3, HR, 2B, 4 RBI, R.
Travis Taijeron shows some pop: 1-3, HR, RBI, R.

 

Binghamton wins the nightcap: 6-1

Mark Cohoon goes all the way: 7.0 IP, 1 R, 0 ER, 4 H, BB, 3 K.

That man again, Cory Vaughn, goes 2-3, 2 RBI, R. With 2 hits, Cory raises his avg. to .301.

Savannah (66-44) shaves Charleston (61-52) 1-0.

Gabriel Ynoa (W, 13-4) keeps tossing gems: 0 R, 3 H, 0 BB, 5 K, in 6.2 IP.
Tim Peterson, (0.1 IP) Hunter Carnivale, (1.0 IP) and Beck Wheeler (S, 14) (1.0 IP) kept the scoreless streak alive.

Starter Casey Meisner went 5.0 innings: 3 R, 7 H, 0 BB, 7 K.
Ramon Esteves held the Marlins scoreless for 2 innings, and then Gaither Bumgardner (W, 1-2) pitched 2.0 innings without allowing a base runner.
