Jackson has long been considered the best high school player in the class,
and I still think that’s the case, though the competition has caught up just a
bit. I think the power and hit tool are the best of any right-handed hitter in
this class, and there’s a chance that he does end up behind the plate. Even as
a corner outfielder, I think Jackson is going to be a well above-average

change of pace pitcher who has plenty of giddyup on a 92-94 mph fastball. He
has a lot of confidence in his breaking stuff and will showcase those pitches
often against some of the elite HS bats he has faced in various showcases. He
threw a 91-93 mph fastball at PG National with a 73-76 mph curve. He had a nice
downhill feel and was in the zone. He has a fast arm and his pitches run in

terrific athlete and two-way player who was a star for U18 Team USA, the 6’-1”,
200-pound right-hander’s ability to stick behind the plate make him a highly
touted prospect. More of a line-drive hitter now, more power should come as he
matures, and he has the bat speed to back it up. Can hit the low 90s on the
mound so his arm plays well behind the plate and he makes for a big target.
Some believe he may be better suited for the outfield where his strong arm,
