I'd take Zimmer but at this point I'd still roll my dice with Turner. I know you never draft for position but he's slipping in mocks to the point where I think he's a steal at #10. I'm taking Trea Turner, SS from NC State.

ReplyDeleteI agree and the reason he is slipping is probably nothing more than people now wanting to gobble up the pitchers while they have a chance at them. There are 6-7 Grade AAA pitchers in this draft.
Turner could start in Queens on opening day 2016... if the Mets had some stones.
Turner is the guy I wanted the Mets to pick him since the first mock...and it really looks like he could be avaiable!! Maybe we shouldnt give up on cechinni but turner is far more exciting
ReplyDeleteI'd be jumping for joy if we landed Zimmer or even Turner. Turner has been my guy since last years draft, but I'm warming up to Zimmer and now I'm leaning more towards Zimmer at the #10 draft pick.
