Similar to what is sidelining Cliff Lee, rest should take care of it if it's just a flexor pronator strain and nothing else. This partially explains his drop in velocity and effectiveness this season though. But it is what it is-pitchers are fragile-which is something every team has to deal with.
It likely has nothing to do with this injury, but when I heard Thor did weight workouts at weights only NFL linemen should work out at, and then was throwing 97-98 his first time on the mound this spring, I thought someone better advise Noah before he gets hurt. We need him to be Thor by the start of 2015 if the Met Renaissance is to go forward.
Ouh no
ReplyDeleteSee ya next year.........sigh.........
