Minor League Recap - 4-22-15
Minor League Player of The Night - Luis Guillorme, with 3 hits and 2 RBIs, in the Mets' minors lone win of the night, with Gnat 2B Jean Rodriguez knocking in 4 big ones.
Honorable Mention - Alberto Baldonado, lefty reliever with the Gnats, with 2 hitless innings and 3 Ks. He now has 13 Ks in 8 innings, and a 2.25 ERA. Intriguing.
AAA - Reno (8-6) 6 - Las Vegas (6-8) 3
RHSP Tyler Pill - 3.0-IP, 2-H, 1-R, 1-K, 2-BB, 9.90
LHRP Scott Rice - 2.0-IP, 1-H, 0-R, 2-K, 1-BB, 1.42
Mack - anybody throwing a baseball in this league with an ERA below two is worth keeping an eye on... Rice seems to be setting himself up as the next call up...

CF Darrell Ceciliani - 2-4, 1-R, 1-RBI, .250
Pill bounced back nicely from 2 awful starts, but was limited to 3 innings by a storm delay. The Vegas bullpen was full of Bull today. Dilson Herrera went 0 for 4, ending a streak where he had 17 hits in his prior 7 games

McNeil is heating up of late.
A - Savannah (5-7) 9 - Rome (4-7) 5
RHSP Corey Oswalt - 5.2-IP, 10-H, 5-R, 7-K, 1-BB, 5.51

2B Jean Rodriguez, 2-5, 4 RBI, .304
15 hits for a struggling Gnats offense, which is nice to see.
Underperformer du Jour: Kevin McGowan took a beating in his start for St Lucie tonight. Get 'em next time.
Guillorme might be my favorite player in the system. He's not the best, just my favorite.
