The Mets took a 1-0 lead immediately in the top of the 1st when Daniel Murphy hit a solo homer, his 9th homer on the year to make it 1-0 Mets.  In the 4th Wilmer Flores’ RBI single scored Travis d’Arnaud for a 2-0 lead.  The O’s got to Mets starter Noah Syndergaard in 4th. Pitching out of trouble Syndergaard allowed only a opposite field RBI single to Steve Clevenger.  In the 5th Curtis Granderson and Murphy hit back to back doubles and it was 3-1 Mets.   In the bottom of the 6th Jonathon Schoop tied the game and knocked Thor from the box with a 2 run homer, his 9th on the year tieing the game at 3. In the top of the 7th Wilmer Flores clubbed his 12th homer of the year off Mychal Givens to give the Mets a 4-3 lead.  The Mets looked to Hansel Robles to hold off the O’s in the bottom of the 7th, but he yielded a solo homer by Adam Jones, his 23rd of the year and the game was tied at 4. After Tyler Clippard pitched a scoreless 8th, Torres entered in the bottom of the 9th and Urrutia led off the frame with the solo blast to left, his first major league homer to give the O’s the walk off victory and a 1 all split of this mini-two game series. Syndergaard gets the no decision going 5 innings allowing 8 hits 3 runs (all earned) walked 3 and striking out 6.  Torres takes the loss falling to 4-5. Zach Britton gets the win he’s 4-0.
