The Binghamton Mets’ season-opening game against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Thursday night was postponed due to inclement weather. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader later in the season. Friday’sregularly-scheduled game will remain a single game and is set to start at 7:05 PM.
Tickets for Thursday’s game can exchange for tickets of equal or lesser value to a future 2016 regular season B-Mets game (excluding July 3).
Thursday’s rainout marks the first time the B-Mets have been postponed on Opening Night since 2007. It is the first time since 1995 that a B-Mets home opener has been postponed. Press release.
