A 'source' tells me that SLHP P.J. Conlon is being converted to the pen this off season.
Sorry for the dumb, but serious, question; how do you convert someone from a SP to RP in the off-season. Is there some different routine?

DeleteActually, the Binghamton team switched Conlon to the pen late in the season, and in several relief outings, he did very well.
