      Question... don't the Mets still technically own the rights to Mejia?

    2. Yes.....since Mejia is on the MLB Restricted List....his service time is stuck at 4 years until he is reinstated.

      So he is in a perpetual state of repeating his Arbitration 2 contract status. Each year that passes, the Mets can reduce his salary by 20%. He is currently going into this off-season at $1.97M

    3. Good to see Reggie and Marty P pitching so darned well. Maybe they show up with the Queens team in 2018.

      I hope it is safe for the Mets minors guys playing in Venezuela with its dire economic straits.
