NDFA Sign - RHP Dylan Hall University of Central Oklahoma



Fredricksburg.com -  Hall, a 6-foot-5 right-handed pitcher, went 4–1 with a 3.00 ERA in five starts as a senior for Division II Central Oklahoma before the coronavirus pandemic cut short the college spring season. He struck out 45 batters in 30 innings, He could have returned to school for another year of eligibility.

 

Insidenova -  Hall said he had offers from other teams, but liked the Mets' organization and thought they gave him the best opportunity.

 

"They showed a lot of interest in me as a player and I had a really good conversation with the scouts, directors and general manager Brodie Van Wagenen."

 

Pitching for Division II Central Oklahoma University in a season shortened by the coronavirus, the 6-foot-5, 225-pound right-hander went 4-0 in five starts with a 1.04 ERA. Displaying a four-pitch arsenal highlighted by a 95 miles per hour fastball, Hall struck out 45 in 30 innings for a team ranked No. 12 in the nation before the season finished early.
