ReplyDeleteFunny Tom - saw him pitch for Brooklyn two weeks ago and he was squeezed like crazy by the home plate up (who had major chips on his shoulder BTW). After Conner showed some frustration with the umps calls - that was it - ump gave him nothing close rest of the game. Meanwhile - he gave all of those calls to the Yankees farm team. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with Conner's stuff - I want to say mid-90's to upper 90's velo. Moved the ball around real well. He is a guy to watch.
