Breaking News - Brett Baty is Getting Promoted to Metsville

 


Reports are circulating that 1st rounder Brett Baty is being promoted to the NY Mets.

Baty has been on an absolute tear with the bat since June 1.  

Roughly .360 with 16 HRs.  That's a tear, folks.

The big club, apparently, has yet to confirm the move.

What's to confirm - just do it already.

Welcome aboard, Brett, and may the hitting tear continue.

    Meanwhile, in FCL, Mangum was 0-2 in a rehab game, Jett Williams homered, and Reimer had a hit and walk, while Morabito doubled. Nice.

    Tidwell had a strong 30 pitch outing.

    Chase Estes .519 OBP in first 6 pro games. Impressive.
