NY Post: Daniel Murphy injury clouds brilliant Matt Harvey in Mets win. "Call it a win-lose for the Mets. They desperately needed a victory and got one, beating the Diamondbacks 6-2 at Chase Field behind Harvey’s seven strong innings to move into first place in the NL East...the Mets received yet another punch to the gut, with Murphy leaving the game in the third inning because of tightness in his left quadriceps...The Mets, who snapped a two-game skid, got the offensive thunder they needed from John Mayberry Jr., who finished 4-for-5 with a two-run homer in the ninth. Harvey (W,6-3) gave the Mets a chance by allowing two earned runs on six hits over seven innings with nine strikeouts and one walk."

The Injury to Daniel Murphy keeps him out of the lineup until June 30th.

Mets regain 1st place after the Nationals fall to the Cubs 2-1.
