The West Coast
No. The ice-cold Mets cannot take the rest of the season off to recuperate.
They in point of fact hit the road with 3 west coast night games against the Los Angeles Dodgers, followed by a Thursday travel day.
Crows Fly in the Windy City
That will be followed by 3 day games in Wrigley Field vs. the Cubs.
Questions:
How many of the games will the Mets win?
- Or, if you’d prefer, how many of the games will the Mets lose?
How many of the games will end in Edwin Diaz saves?
Will Francisco Lindor (with no RBIs this year) have an RBI before the trip’s over?
Have at it.

The Mets will win 1 of 3 in Los Angeles, 2 of 3 in Chicago for a .500 road trip. Everyone will take joy in that, but then they will tank at home against the Twins. That's how they roll.
Diaz will get no saves as the Dodgers will have no need, scoring big against Peterson and a spot starter for Holmes.
I think they lose 5 of 6, Diaz saves 2, and then we are told that Soto will return in mid-May.
4-2 a suprise. That’s baseball.
We hope, Martin, that you area sage prognosticator.
