Stratton is off to a nice start at AA. He currently owns a 1.86 ERA and a 0.62 WHIP over the 9+ innings pitched in 7 games. Let's hope it continues!

Yes, not enough data to be relevant. Yet from the interview, Garrett seems to be positively responding to the recommendations from development staff. This is different than many others, who seem to be regressing from the recommendations from development staff. What has Garrett done differently?
