  2. That's a good question... :)

    It's a list I comile and determine by reading 7-8 other sites that rank players, and highlight each week's games. They include Baseball America, MiLB.com, and CollegeBlog.com, but they are basically my ranking list.

    The orignal list was the combination of the ranking lists on these 8 sites.

    Since then, I follow each week's games and move them up and down the board as I see sit.

    And yes, I am a scout, but I only scout for 2 of the online high school prospect sites.
