ReplyDeleteDitto. I met him once and he seemed like a nice guy. I know he suffered with foot problems throughout his career which kept him off the field quite a bit.

I also recall Lutz being beaned once and I believe twice getting his hand broken by pitches. He definitely had injury bug. Wasn't he injured most of last season overseas too? Health can be make it or break it.
