The Mets announced that Zack Wheeler has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a stress reaction in his right arm. Fellow right-hander Tyler Pill has been recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas to take his spot on the roster.

It is time to start putting some of these guys on the shelf in hopes of starting over in 2018.

ReplyDeleteRosario has been hospitalized with a stomach ailment. Hopefully not serious...he apparently was complaining of abdominal discomfort days earlier and was vomiting a few days ago. Imagine if it's his appendix.
It was reported to be gastroenteritis which is more of a problem on the OTHER end, though it's hard to keep food down when your stomach is in knots.
