    Nimmo being sent down may be to get him more AB's. Then back up once a deadbeat reliever sent packing. We have more than one here I think.

    NYM winning gutsily. Tom, is gutsily a word? Not sure. Almost care.

    Is Frazier due for an EyE exam? Could be that simple, do not laugh, I know. Our eyes are always changing. Where am I and how did I get here?

    Quick thoughts on having platoons of similar talented players...

    Sometimes it is good. Other times not.

  2. What do you all (ya'll in south) think about one day maybe soon retiring Darryl Strawberry's number 18?

    Just wondering.

    He was our most powerful and natural Mets batter ever bar none, with maybe Piazza second, then like Kingman and Carter. I at least believe Darryl's no.18 should be NYM retired.

    Feel free to criticize my idea here, or agree.
