@SouthernMissBSB RHP Gabe Shepard left last
week’s start after two innings with some arm soreness. Some good news for #USM
fans, as Shepard’s tests came back clean. He will get as much time as needed to
get back to 100 percent, but it’s nothing serious.

D1 - Central Arkansas’s Gavin Stone threw a no-hitter in the Bears’ 2-0 win
over Southeastern Louisiana. Stone threw 112 pitches, with 85 for strikes, and
walked just one batter. He also struck out a career-high 13 batters, including
