Luis Rojas says he is available off the bench.
Michael Wacha will start the Mets' final home game of the year tomorrow. Steven Matz will be available out of the bullpen behind Wacha.

Michael Wacha will start tomorrow for the Mets. The team hasn't announced this, but the rest of the Mets' season rotation will probably fall like this:

vs. Rays
Tonight: Seth Lugo
Tomorrow: Wacha
vs. Nationals
Thurs: David Peterson
Fri: Rick Porcello
Sat: Jacob deGrom
Sun: Lugo
Give Matz a start. What’s there to lose?
ReplyDeleteGus:
ReplyDeleteLeaving emotions and such aside, although they are important too, I think Wacha, Porcello, Matz, Sewald, and maybe a couple of other current Mets relievers on last year contracts are gone. And to be honest here, it ain't a bad thing to do.
You can hang onto a couple, but their own history is their biggest hurdle.
No buffet for them!
Nyet!
