Ryan Clifford - Power Supreme In Syracuse
No, no, the NY Mets are off today.
But Jonah Tong Terrific is pitching.
The season opener for the Syracuse Mets, however, is in Worcester, Ma. at 4:05PM.
Roster? It still does not appear in printed form.
John from Albany posted the team’s Media Guide - it has info on 19 pitchers, so I am sure the roster will be finalized in the hours ahead.
Here is the guide:
Lots of veterans.
Weather? 43 degrees and sunny.
By 7:00, it will drop to 38 degrees.
BRRR!

No ex-Cuse - make it to the game if you are in town! The team will be fun to watch this year!
I was happy to see in the guide that the first night game is April 14. By then, reasonable temps most of the time. Keep our guys healthy.
Tom,
Thanks for the guide. Looking forward to following the minors this year. The closest any of the Mets minor teams to us is when they play in Rome, Georgia so maybe a vacation this summer.
Nice. I live 10 minutes from LI Ducks Stadium. I really wish one of the Mets minors teams played there. I’d catch many games. Never been to the Brooklyn park. Just too much hassle.
