Lucy Thoughts

We’ve covered my projections for the Buffalo and Binghamton roster. If I’m right (and I never am…), here’s what St. Lucie will look like:

The rotation will be dominated with 2011 college pitcher draft picks. Cory Mazonni, Tyler Pill, and Logan Verrett will join Greg Peavey. The fifth stop still needs to be won and piggyback candidates are Taylor Whitenton, Angel Cuan, Ryan Fraser, and Gonzalez German. The losers make the pen.

Other pen mates will be Jack Leathersich, Hamilton Bennett, and Chase Huchingson.

Left out: Yohan Almonte, Ronny Moria, and Adam Kolarek.

The infield will be: 1B Sam Honeck, 2B Wilfredo Tovar, SS Brandon Brown, 3B Joe Bonfe, UT Richard Lucas, and UT Luis Nieve

The outfield:  Cory Vaughn, Darrell Ceciliani (will be on DL to start), Gilbert Gomez, Alonzo Harris, and Javier Rodriguez.
