Yoenis Cespedes on Horseback, Some Years Back
Saw this in this in the NY Post:
I’m ready to play but just for the Mets,” (Yoenis) Cespedes wrote from his official Instagram account.
What do you think of a Mets reunion with the former star who a decade ago ignited the Mets' 2015 pennant surge and last World Series appearance?

He' sure have a lot to prove at age 39. Why would he do any better than Mike Tyson at age 58?
My thoughts exactly. He has a very muscular build, like Marte. As we have seen (and experienced), the muscles don't do well as you get deep into the 4th decade of life. He would be a shell of his former self.
Honestly the question alone is a waste of time
An acquaintance of mine, Daniel Rodriguez, who was the cop who sang at Shea in the first game after 9-11-01, sings this song about the Mets' quest for Juan Soto. https://www.google.com/search?q=to+dream+the+impossible+dream+daniel+rodriquez+you+tube&rlz=1C1UEAD_enUS940US941&oq=to+dream+the+impossible+dream+daniel+rodriquez+you+tube&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIJCAEQIRgKGKABMgkIAhAhGAoYoAEyCQgDECEYChigATIJCAQQIRgKGKABMgYIBRAhGArSAQk1MDQyM2owajeoAgiwAgE&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:961fe1b7,vid:ePfFYQUXpjQ,st:0
Minor league deal with an ST invite.
He can sign a Bartolo Colon type contract and get a day at Citi Field. Maybe as part of the 10 year anniversary of the 2015 team.
Why not play winter ball to scrape off the rust?
ST invite with Noah and they can ride into ST on horses!
Gary, your comments never boar me.
