Getting a young arm in the 12th round is sound strategy, especially considering the Mets' near term surplus of pitching
I feel like a broken record here, but I love this pick also. The more young, talented arms they get the better. While none of them may be a stud, the more arms you have, the better chance you have at some of them reaching or exceeding their projected ceilings.
