Add Michael Katz to the list of guys I'm excited to follow in Brooklyn this year. 6'3 230 and the kid absolutely mashed at William and Mary. And while it's hard to get too excited about RH 1B in A-ball, as a college JR, (two to three years older than Dominic Smith) he could move quickly. The Mets seemed to indicate after the draft that they thought he might be able to stick in LF. It'll be interesting to see if and how he plays out there in Brooklyn. In any case, he seems to be adjusting pretty well to pro ball so far.
Anxious to see whar all the new guys can do, but especially the new power hitters. I want this team in a few years to be dangerous offensively with homegrown sluggers (and shortened fences)
