Nice speed for Woodard.
Though I appreciate Mack's time and effort providing some bio on Woodward's college performance, the info doesn't tell me anything about this player other than plays SS for an un-named college team and has excellent grades in his studies. It doesn't tell me anything about his tools, height, weight, age, etc. and the quality of the competition against which he accrued said stats and awards.
And to Thomas Brennan...
Stolen bases shouldn't come with expectation Woodward has good speed. Wilmer Flores played SS despite extremely poor foot speed, and Daniel Murphy stole 23/26 in 2013 despite well below average foot speed. Murphy is smart baseball dude who used his brains to steal so successfully. Woodward, with his excellent GPA could potentially have done same. For all we know, Woodward could run like Champ Stuart or Daniel Murphy/Wilmer Flores - or anywhere between.
