Maybe the Jeurys trade for Wahl was more of an addition by subtraction type deal? Not sure on this. But it almost looks that way. I think Jeurys has been in the Mets organization ten years around.
At least Wahl's stats look impressive lately. He's 26, but he seems to have his game up and running.
Plus, what would the Mets do with Familia once Mejia returns? LOL

I like Wahl the more I look at him.
What I don't understand us why he didn't go straight to Queens to close for the Mets... oh yeah.... you have to have the lead in the 9th first.
Mack, I bet that a few more fine outings and he will be called right up, probably wanted to ease him in.
