Mets signed RHP Scott Atchison to a minor league contract with an invitation to major league Spring Training.
Atchison compiled a 1.58 ERA with the Red Sox last year, ranking 4th in the majors in ERA among relievers with at least 50.0 IP.

I like it! The plan is obviously to bring as much arms to the camp as possibly and maybe some will suprise!
