Scouts seem to very concerned with Jesuit H.S. (FL) RHP Lance McCuller's inconsistency and lack of command.  Yes, he's 4-0, 0.00, but many had hoped he would improve many of his mechanics. Many scouts now project him as a reliever in the pros.
