- OF Ricardo Cespedes transferred to Columbia’s disabled list
- RHP Adam Atkins transferred to Columbia from advanced-A St. Lucie
Mack - I was hoping this wasn't going to happen but Cespedes went down in serious pain after tripping on the mound in the bullpen while trying to field a foul ball. I have tried three times to find out more here but no one answers my emails. My fears are a broken ankle or leg.

That really sucks for Cespedes. Those mounds clearly are a hazard.
