(FL) - “Raw” would be the word that best describes Toussaint. His stuff is
electric, but can also get erratic. His fastball can touch 98 mph with
explosive life and his curveball is already a plus pitch — a mid-70s hammer
that some consider the best in the class. He adds a lot of deception to his
delivery, and at 6’-2”and 195 pounds, there is still room for projection. He
also features a cutter, and his change-up, like most prepsters, is still
developing. He is long, lean and athletic — something scouts love for further

10m Harrison first impressed on the
national stage in June at the Perfect Game National Showcase, displaying the
foundation for an above-average future offensive profile and adequate actions
behind the plate. Between June and October Harrison began to unlock his swing,
showing better barrel acceleration and an ability to more consistently produce
backspin and carry. His Jupiter showings with GBG Marucci were highlighted by
several smoked balls, including a loud double and a home run. He doesn’t stand
out defensively, but his actions are solid and he easily held his own
throughout the summer. One of the youngest tier one prospects in the draft
class, the Oregon State commit almost certainly has another big jump in

While the power is massive and obviously his calling card, the 6’-5”
right-hander also has a plus arm and is athletic enough to hold down the hot
corner. He may not steal many bases, but he won’t have to with the power he
has. Another kid I saw at Wrigley, he was depositing balls out of the park with
such ease, it’s scary to imagine him in a couple of years. He won basically all
of the home run derbys over the summer and is a high-character kid. A future
left side of J.P. Crawford and Gatewood should make Phillies fans very happy.
