The order of the posts I did was based on the order from mlbdraftguide.com (even though the scouting report were all my own), so a lot of players were out of order in terms of how I would rank them. Chinea should be in top 3 cause he is just much better then most of those you have in front. Will be proven come draft day.
So too Peter O'Brien and Nelson Rodriguez ,sorry he is a utility player. Can not Catch worth a nickel.hits only for power when the bat finds the ball.
