Mitch was the #38 draft choice out of the University of Michigan in the 2025 draft. He is currently playing for the Brooklyn Cyclones after a hot spring.

Mitch looks like a good pick - hope he continues to flourish.
Part of the challenge for any hitter is how good the lineup is that surrounds him. We just don’t know at this point if Voit, were he in a lineup that was hitting 80 points higher, would be hitting better himself. There’s gotta be a lot of pressure on these guys to be putting up 4 or 5 hits game after game as a team. I wish they played in Winston-Salem. That must be a real hitters’ park.
