Bio:

Height: 6-3

Weight: 200 lbs

Hits/Throws: R-R

Hometown: Winter Park, FL

School: Florida State

Immense raw talent that has been put on display since his high school days. Cabell can run and hit for a lot of power. Reasonably good defender as well. Biggest wart is strikouts. Has run some pretty extreme K-rates in his first two years on campus. If the K-rates come down in 2021, Cabell could find his name called in rounds 2-3.

Elijah Cabell is a 2018 OF/3B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Winter Park, FL who attends TNXL Academy. Big and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Playing with a minor knee injury and not at full speed, has run 6.62 in the past. Outstanding outfield arm strength with plus on line carry, long and easy arm action, has 100 mph in his arm. Right handed hitter, nice shift into contact, easy bat speed, hits off a hard front side, very strong hands, ball makes an different sound off the barrel, elite level bat speed with big power to all fields, hits easy and hits it hard. Classic right field tools with a high ceiling

A lot of pop here and a killer OF arm.

IMO... would love to steal him in the 3rd round.
