RUMBLE PONIES SWEEP AKRON: Wednesday’s 1-0 win earned Binghamton the sweep of Akron at NYSEG Stadium. The series was originally slated to be three games, but one postponement shortened the set to two. The righty faced the Fisher Cats on April 28 and was handed the loss in a 7-5 New Hampshire victory. Delgado lasted a season-high 6.2 innings, but walked four and allowed six earned runs. The 26-year-old is in his second season with Binghamton after posting a 4-5 record in 10 starts with the B-Mets last season. AKRON STARTER: RHP Sean Reid-Foley makes his sixth start of the 2017 campaign and already his third against Binghamton.
