Sounds like the Mets are considering pushing back David Peterson to Monday so that Jacob deGrom can remain on turn on Sunday night, but no decision made there yet.
Luis Rojas says the Mets will likely make tonight's game up with a doubleheader at Citi Field on July 26, 27 or 28.

🔹 Pete Alonso (hand sprain) took BP off a high-velocity machine today and is "trending well," per Rojas. The Mets are unsure if he'll need a rehab assignment.
🔹 Albert Almora Jr. (shoulder) is doing "full activity" and could begin a rehab assignment next week.
Syracuse Mets and Red Wings postponed on Friday, doubleheader scheduled for Saturday at 5:05 p.m.
Rochester, NY - Friday's scheduled game between the Syracuse Mets
and the Rochester Red Wings at Frontier Field in Rochester has been postponed
because of rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday,
May 29th in Rochester with first pitch of game one scheduled for 5:05 p.m.
The second game of the doubleheader will start approximately 30 minutes after
the conclusion of the first game.
Tonight’s Rumble Ponies Game Postponed,
Doubleheader to be Played Saturday
BINGHAMTON,
NY – Tonight’s game between the Binghamton Rumble Ponies and Akron RubberDucks
at Mirabito Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather in the
forecast. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Saturday (May 29)
with each game being seven innings. Game One will start at 5:35 PM with Game
Two to follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game One. Mirabito Stadium
gates will open at 5:05 PM on Saturday.
Fans
with tickets to this evening’s game can exchange their tickets to go to any
future Rumble Ponies home game this season.
